By using our services, you agree that you will not be entitled to claim a refund if you choose to terminate your agreement with us and withdraw before submitting your Immigration or Visa application.

Before making any purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood all of our terms and conditions. You may cancel or withhold your application at various stages of the process without seeking a refund from the company, even if it is the day after signing the contract. Once the agreement is signed, the COMPANY will not refund the amount, as all information and process details have been provided in good faith and in accordance with the existing rules and regulations of the respective country for filing your application.

Clients also agree to take responsibility for any misrepresentation or fraudulent information in the application package, including: -

Failing the medical evaluation - Having a criminal record - Lacking proficiency in the English language - Inability to provide required documents as per the program's requirements or changes in criteria introduced by the respective authorities

In the event that the client is informed by the Immigration Office that they do not qualify for the applied program due to reasons such as medical issues, security concerns, misrepresentation, insufficient information, lack of funds, language proficiency, or misleading information, no refund will be provided.

Other reasons for non-refund include points lost on education due to non-accredited credentials, points lost on work experience, non-cooperation from the client or their dependents, or any violation of the contractual clause.
